Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fleece Society. The terms below make up our Shipping Policy and apply to every order placed on fleecesociety.com.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (one business day). Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During a launch or a period of high order volume, dispatch may take a few days longer; if there is a significant delay to your order we contact you by email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates (United States)

Standard shipping	$4.99 per order	5–12 days depending on the method you select at checkout (the estimate for each method is shown next to it before you pay)
DHL Express	$29.99 per order	3–5 days

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by the carrier, customs clearance and public holidays. Orders to Canada, the United Kingdom and the EU see their rates and estimates at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

You receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours. You can also track at fleecesociety.com/pages/track-order.

Customs, duties and taxes

Fleece Society is not responsible for customs charges, import duties or taxes applied to your order by the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched, and we are not able to refund orders that are lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and the damaged goods and email us at hello@fleecesociety.com with photos. We help you file a claim with the carrier and make it right. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we open an investigation with the carrier.
